Minimum qualifications:

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for cloud technology platforms and businesses.
  • Ability to initiate action and accomplish goals across a wide range of teams and projects in the face of multiple demands.
  • Ability to consult with a range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate in discussions and written documents and to deliver regular updates and feedback clearly and tactfully.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client-service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Attract candidates for Google Cloud across the APAC region through networking, sourcing, direct approach, referrals, university relations, etc.
  • Manage market and industry mapping for assigned portfolio.
  • Manage candidate processes and act as a candidate advocate.
  • Evaluate skill level and manage the offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, and offer acceptance/declines.
  • Improve the candidate, new hire, hiring manager, and recruiter experience and follow up with clients to confirm that staffing and candidate needs are met.
