About this role

  • Monitors the development and implementation of cost effective recruitment, selection/retention policy and standards, with support from the HR team to ensure that |the Company is provided with effective recruitment services;
  • Receives and processes applications for all regional vacancies. Communicates with agencies/candidates effectively and professionally, and responds to all applications and ensures on-hold database/files are maintained and utilized effectively to source candidates;
  • Ensures that recruitment is conducted efficiently/effectively and in accordance with HR policies and procedures and based on the manpower budget, including agency submitted CVs, preparing for and conducting initial screening, conducting target selection interviews, scheduling department interviews, reference checks and confirming details of offer of employment in accordance with salary and benefits policy;
  • Responsible for overseeing the employment offers sent are in line with current HR Procedures;
  • Liaises with the Administration staff to ensure visas/tickets/accommodation are processed to meet the arrival expectations.

About you

  • Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience and should be well versed with Marine / Dredging industry;
  • Arabic speaking is advantage but not compulsory.
