The Sales Support Customer Operations Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the organizations primary customer facing teams consisting of the Partner Development Representatives (PDR), Call Center Staffing (ASR), Customer Solutions Team (CST), Receptionist, and associated Administrative Staff.
* 3-5 years Supervisor experience in a Call Center
* English/Spanish Speaker Preferred
* US Citizen/Green Card Holder
* Ability to communicate and manage projects
* Strong communication and typing skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Details:
* Works closely with the Corporate Trainer to respond to training needs within the department and support ongoing performance improvements.
* Maintains daily customer support and interaction as needed to provide information and resolve problems.
* Supports the company and department policies and procedures to achieve efficient daily operations and ensure constant clarity with staff.
* Manages personnel including time card sign off, evaluations, interviewing and hiring, discipline and terminations, as well as ongoing performance tracking and coaching.
* Ensures sufficient coverage is in place to support daily projected call volumes.
* Manages of workflow to ensure department metrics and goals are met.
