Sounds great. What will I be working on?

As a Reporting Coordinator you will be responsible for producing and maintaining various reports for a wide range of stakeholders across Europe. The reports will focus on recruiting related metrics and will be utilized by business leaders and recruiting managers to make business decisions. Your main tools will be Excel and other data visualization and business intelligence software. You will be a subject matter expert for your colleagues on key metrics and goals and will also support more senior team members with additional ad-hoc projects.
The Reporting Coordinator sits within the EU Talent Acquisition organization supporting primarily Amazon’s International Consumer business. You will play a critical role that will help to increase visibility of team performance enabling the identification of areas for improvement in the Amazon recruiting process and building of trust with internal stakeholders. Furthermore, you will employ methodologies that will engage teams to address customer reporting opportunities, share best practice and support efforts to streamline processes to improve the quality of data provided to recruiting teams and stakeholders. Data is the main driver of every decision at Amazon and the accessibility of real-time data is a key differentiator of recruiting teams at Amazon.

A Day in the Life
· Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly reports that facilitate decisions and enable the Talent Acquisition team to give data-rich insightful updates to their business partners
· Analyze existing reports and provide recommendations to improve their effectiveness and quality
· Ensure data quality in relevant databases and drive best practices in the organization to ensure data integrity
· Cross-check pulled data against other reports to determine accuracy
· Charting and graphing of data for reporting purposes
· Become a subject matter expert in recruiting related metrics and systems and support the larger team with queries to ensure recruiting activities are aligned with overall goals
· Work with other team members to support with adhoc requests as necessary
· Create educational material for the user community

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree
· Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including a strong working knowledge of Excel
· Fluent written and spoken English
· Impeccable attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
· Passion to invent new ways of executing processes more efficiently
· High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
· Ability to work in wide variety of people in various team

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics or other relevant field
· Knowledge of VBA and programming skills
· Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) and Tableau
· Experience in the field of recruiting
· Experience working with HR tools (i.e. PeopleSoft etc.)
