About the role

This is a unique opportunity to support end to end resourcing delivery across commercial, sales, product, service design and solutions architecture revolved around the services for our UK Business customers. You’ll work in close collaboration with the wider Resourcing/HR teams and partner with the business to understand talent needs, drive talent attraction and support with candidate assessment.

As a resourcing team we have to get out there in the market and find talented individuals. Our team of Resourcing Partners use many different avenues, tools, research, strategies to find the “best of the best” to join Vodafone – not just trawling through all the CVs we receive. We focus on a collaborative resourcing approach to diversity, proactive talent pooling and supporting the talent agenda to ensure we find the right people.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Full 360 cycle recruitment experience, delivering effective recruitment campaigns and solutions to meet business needs within agreed budget, KPI’s and timescales
• Strong evidence using direct recruitment methods, with strong social media sourcing expertise
• Prior experience of working in resourcing within large corporate /matrix organisations.
• Experience of using robust candidate assessment process/frameworks.
• Evidence of developing strong stakeholder relationships through a consultative and inclusive approach in a matrix environment
• Strong operational focus, combined with commercial and business acumen
• Ability to manage ambiguity and the resilience to drive the right behaviours and approaches to achieve the desired results.
