We have shifts on weekends as well.SAP Products 1. ECC, SOLMAN, PO/PI, BW, EP, BPC, BO, SCM 5/7, CRM, WH, TREX, Content Server, GRC,�. Operating systems 1. Suse Linux, Windows server, Solaris. Database [ any 2] 1. Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, SAPDB, Sybase, HANA [ Any 2 DB] Basis Consultant JD 1. At least 3-5 years of SAP Basis experience in SAP Support environment. 2. Good knowledge of Suse Linux, Windows server 2008/2013, Sun Solaris. 3. Good knowledge of at least 2-3 Databases from Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, SAPDB, Sybase, HANA . 4. Should be able to work independently at SAP and DB level in performing support packs and installation activities. 5. SAP system Performance monitoring for any potential issues to avoid system outages, troubleshoot problems, manage multiple SAP systems in landscape 6. Transport management, system copies and managing BOLT-ONS i.e. connectivity to other SAP and Non-SAP systems. 7. Printer configuration and troubleshooting. 8. Good in documenting Support Activity and Changes management process and preparing RCA for the major incidents. 9. Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills 10. Must be open to work in Shifts and 24X7 On-Call support model.
