The Role/Job brief:
A well-performing Senior Product Manager, who has prior experience in robotics/ automation/motion-controls/test automation product development to help us to coordinate the product development and R&D team to achieve the technical goals and ensure a high return on investment (ROI.) You’ll translate ideas into strategy and features, and follow product development from start to finish.

Responsibilities include;
• Developing product requirements and roadmaps
• Leading product teams and coordinating with engineering, marketing and other teams
• Incorporating feedback and input from customers, partners and in-house teams on product strategy and finding ways to expand product market reach

Reports To:
•The Senior Product Manager will report to the CTO & Senior Management of Sastra Robotics.

Key Responsibilities/Activities:
•Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
•Collect and analyse feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products
•Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
•Lead product teams and coordinate cross-functional teams
•Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD)
•Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
•Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision
•Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users

Requirements/Skills:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role
• Experience in product lifecycle management
• Background in software development and program management is preferred • Familiarity with Agile framework
• Organisational and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Creative thinking skills
• BSc/BA/BTech in Computer Science, Engineering or related field

Job Location:

It will be closer to our team. Initially being Cochin & Bangalore, India. Later it might expand to other parts of the country as you grow your team.
