The Amazon Prime Video team is shaping the future of digital video entertainment. Amazon Prime Video seeks a Senior Distribution Marketing Manager to be based out of Mumbai. Over the past decade Amazon has developed a number of market-leading, innovative, and fast-growing digital and mobile businesses, including: Amazon Prime Video, Amazon Prime Music, Echo, Alexa and Kindle. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the most innovative businesses at Amazon. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial minded candidate who wants to work in a start-up like environment and is passionate about digital media and new customer experiences. The candidate will help grow our Prime Video distribution through the creation and management of strategic partnerships.

As the Senior Distribution Marketing Manager your responsibilities will include the following:
· Strategy and Execution for Amazon Prime Video’s distribution partner relationships.
· Identifying priority strategic partners, negotiating and closing distribution deals, implementing the agreements, managing the partnerships and creating marketing activities.
· Successfully source and negotiate complex partnership agreements, from first contact through to signed contracts.
· Manage account, marketing and technical operations team to support agreements.
· Drive other strategic Amazon service integrations with distribution partners
· Facilitate a go-to-market plan for addressing distribution and engagement opportunities and prioritize distribution partner’s prospects appropriately.
· Serve as primary point of contact and account management for distribution partners
· Coordinate closely with local retail country management and with worldwide distribution teams.
· Coordinate with other Amazon business development teams to leverage established relationships and present a unified vision to our partners in the Distribution arena.
· Report on plans and results to senior management, and coordinate closely with various internal stakeholders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

10-12 years’ experience in Business Development.
Strong business acumen
Living room distribution, Wireless and smartphone industry expertise.
Media, content industry knowledge.
Ability to apply technical fundamentals to consumer business models
Proven track record of success managing business growth

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

MBA, Prior wireless, devices and/or smartphone industry direct 10-12 years’ experience at an executive level
