Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking a Senior Lean Practitioner to support our operations in Renton, Washington.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

  • 10+ years of experience working with lean tools/practices in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience using project management principles
  • This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22. C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Typical Education and Experience: 

Bachelor’s degree and typically 12 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience): 

  • 10+ years of experience working with lean tools to include as examples (eight step problem solving, standardized work, fundamental skills, standard work, Boeing Production System, Toyota Production System,etc.)
  • Ability to develop an integrated strategy and lead its deployment.
