Boeing is seeking a Senior Security & Fire Protection Technical Business Requirements Integrator based in Mesa, Arizona to join the team!

Position Summary

This individual will be responsible for technical integration, unclassified technical business requirements, and strategy development in support of Security & Fire Protection (S&FP) operations

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support S&FP IT Investment Board Activity, develop project and integration plans with IT organization
  • Subject matter expert to support S&FP Government Security CrossMatch clearance processing software
  • Collaborate with S&FP system owners and Security Technology to develop detailed business case rationale, future technology and Long Range Business Process (LRBP) planning
  • Collaborate with S&FP Technology Integration lead to develop future state road map aligned to business requirements and investment strategy
  • Collaborate with the S&FP leaders and Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) management to understand operational requirements and identify future technologies
  • Ability to plan, design, develop, test, integrate and maintain all computer applications and hardware in support of GSOC operations
  • Act as an S&FP focal representing the GSOC in interactions with other departments relating to IT application, data, compliance and network issues
  • Understand architecture and deployment details of GSOC systems to assist and coordinate troubleshooting, upgrading, and configuration change efforts with other Boeing teams and vendors
  • Partner with S&FP Process Action team leaders to document business and technical requirements for process improvements
  • Lead or partner on the creation and update of IT related S&FP policies and procedures, internal/external audit assessments and related IT integrations
  • Serves as an advocate for S&FP technical business priorities on investment councils and change boards to ensure adequate funding and support for critical business applications
  • Partner with S&FP Technology Integration lead and classified Computing Security Management to understand and document any special Government Security operational requirements
  • Consults with customers, company, and external organizations to recommend and propose new or alternative solutions, improvements, and enhancements
  • Identifies key hardware/software, applications and systems necessary to deliver services alternative solutions, improvements, and enhancements

Qualifications
Typical Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 8 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
  • Experience with project/program management skills
  • Experience in Security& Fire Protection technical business requirements and processes
  • Experience leading complex technical integration projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study
