We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to be the voice of Rally across all social media channels. This person will be tasked with using social media and digital content to enhance the Rally brand and grow consumer engagement. In this role, the manager will work closely with other areas within marketing such as email marketing, consumer marketing, content, product marketing and design, as well as other groups such as customer service and product.
 
We’re not only looking for somebody with an in depth knowledge of the social and digital content landscape but an individual who is creative and has a passion for telling stories, building conversations with people, and loves the sound of organized madness. From ideating creative, strategic, long-term social plans to jumping into last-minute marketing brainstorms to inject social and digital thinking, Rally needs a social media manager that has no problem diving into work, head first.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain a fun and healthy social strategy to grow social following and increase overall brand awareness around Rally, health and wellness and other brand initiatives
  • Lead day-to-day conversations on all key social media channels
  • Manage the editorial calendar and all online content including the drafting and editing of posts
  • Share the Rally story to grow engagement, reach, and impact through campaigns and community management
  • Ideate and suggest video content strategy to achieve brand objectives
  • Develop and lead a pro-active social media roadmap including social campaigns and content promotions through both organic and paid channels
  • Craft creative social campaigns that engage Rally followers and gain interest from consumers new to the brand
  • Manage and maintain support tools and creative and media agency relationships
  • Collect and organize reporting in order to analyze metrics for maximum efficiency and return to meet marketing objectives
  • Manage paid and organic posts for all Rally departments and products
  • Manage interdepartmental social requests and develop processes
  • Support of key company launches, announcements and initiatives
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience at advertising, public relations, or marketing agencies and/or experience managing social channels for a brand
  • An eye for detail and quick on your feet
  • Awesome copywriting skills, and appreciation of visual design
  • Positive and collaborative outlook – be ready to jump into anything and everything
  • Fluent in social media analytics and measurement tools across channels (similar to including but not limited to Sprinklr / Listening, Google Analytics, etc)
  • Track record in turning creative ideas into successful social media implementations
  • Strong communication skills
  • A true passion for social media that is inherent in day-to-day interactions and activities
  • College degree in a related field
  • Ability to hit the ground running run hard in a fast-paced startup environment, work well under pressure, with tight deadlines, and cope with changes
  • Active personal profiles on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms is preferred, but not required
  • Experience with paid social / digital media
  • Strong multi-tasker, handling multiple challenging priorities. at a time
  • Collaborate and manage timelines with stakeholders (Marketing, Creative, Legal, B2B Marketing, PR, Sales, Finance, Partnerships, Content and Community teams), ensuring needs are met and goals are achieved
