Job Overview

The Financial Analyst will be a key resource in reporting and providing critical analyses of Keurig’s financial performance for finance and executive leadership.  As part of the Corporate FP&A team you will collaborate with business, finance and accounting teams across the organization to help analyze and communicate key drivers of the company’s financial results, as well as provide inputs to executive management packages and scorecards.  This role requires an understanding of corporate finance, a keen interest in learning about the business, a strong analytical mindset and the ability to contribute to the process of making sound business decisions.  You need a solid working knowledge of the income statement, cash flow statement and the balance sheet and how business decisions impact each one.

What you will do:

  • Provide monthly reporting and analytical support to the IT function to measure and maintain annual goals and initiatives
  • Lead the quarterly forecasting and annual budget process for the IT function partnering with leadership to ensure delivery of savings targets
  • Support monthly management financial insights to Executive and IT Leadership through advanced analysis and critical thinking
  • Evaluate opportunities for process improvement and standardization of key financial metrics for development of financial scorecards and dashboards
  • Collaborate with business, finance and accounting teams to help analyze, align and report the key business drivers
  • Evaluate current and historical financial trends, and utilize various analysis techniques in order to gauge forecast and annual operating plan reasonableness
  • Make recommendations to management based on in-depth knowledge of the analytics and financial acumen
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling
  • Promote and communicate key elements of the various financial milestones across the organization
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization

Requirements

What you must have:

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field
  • Five + years of relevant finance experience preferred
  • Financial experience including budgeting, forecasting, planning, analysis, and building financial models (IT budgeting experience a plus)
  • Technical Skills:
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office necessary, especially Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
  • Demonstrated competency in use of financial, planning and reporting software platforms (SAP, Hyperion, Anaplan, and TM1 knowledge a plus)
  • Proficient in fundamentals of Corporate Finance and modeling of business scenarios

  • Ability to travel occasionally (<15%)
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed
  • Ability to get along with others, be punctual, and follow instructions
