If so, we’re looking for a Senior Manager of Integration Program Management to lead and manage a team responsible for leading integration efforts, ensuring new products and services are implemented seamlessly, at a high quality experience.

Our team integration management process for Amazon call centers supporting our Selling Partners across the world. We are building and improving the communication and functional tools used to manage change, and implementing standard work practices to drive consistency and repeatability in initiative implementation. We will be extending our influence upstream to participate in solution development and lead the implementation process throughout the support organization. We are seeking a process improvement approach to integration management, incorporating DMAIC and LEAN principals in solution implementation to facilitate consistent repeatability.

As a Senior Leader of Integration Program Management, you will be responsible for leading your team in project portfolio governance, project intake planning/prioritization, and coordination across multiple stakeholder groups. You will own the integration management process to extend into across varying Operational teams collaborating with teams to identify, define and influence initial solution development through the lens of the Selling Partner.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 7+ years project/program management is required
· 7+ years of experience leading project delivery for large, cross functional project
· Experience running or developing optimization models and executing to the output. (Volume planning, network planning etc.)
· Demonstrated ability to deliver both strategic and tactical results across diverse cultures from inception to completion
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or quantitative field (Engineering, Analytics etc.)

We will be extending our influence upstream to participate in solution development and lead the implementation process throughout the support organization. We are seeking a process improvement approach to integration management, incorporating DMAIC and LEAN principals in solution implementation to facilitate consistent repeatability.

As a Senior Leader of Integration Program Management, you will be responsible for leading your team in project portfolio governance, project intake planning/prioritization, and coordination across multiple stakeholder groups. You will own redesigning the integration management process to extend into product business teams, collaborating with teams to identify, define and influence initial solution development through the lens of the Seller. You will lead end to end implementation across Seller support, developing associated success metrics and applicable mechanisms to measure impact to expectation. You will be the key point of contact for any and all changes impacting how Sellers are supported and be relied on to drive synergies across multiple internal teams to create and execute thriving project launch plans. You will also prepare and present regular program updates to global senior management.

In the first 12 months you will:
· Interact with stakeholders at multiple levels, and dynamically lead business, product and technical teams to define and deliver solutions.
· Design and implement detailed end to end integration management processes built upon standard work practices and LEAN principals
· Develop attribution models (CPU, PRR, TTR, seller metrics, etc) to predict impact of change efforts and guide improvements prior to full scale implementation
· Design and deploy integration management success metrics used to validate impact and measure variation to expectation
· Lead cross functional resources through the execution of detailed program launch plans, and develop appropriate feedback mechanism to bring awareness of impacts to product/program owners
· Identify and analyze data to isolate issues, test solutions and prioritize competing program opportunities.
· Develop a team of Program Managers to understand their customers, define clear project plans and execute to high expectations in a rapidly changing environment.
· Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
· Plan and manage multiple parallel projects.
· Maximize resources for the greater good of the organization.
· Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders and senior management.
· Remain flexible to changing priorities, open to new ideas and have the customer’s success firmly as your focus.
