As the PDM, you will work closely with sales, customer service, partners, customers, and other technical support groups to manage the life cycle of highly complex, high risk projects from design through customer and customer Service turnover. You will manages the delivery of ”billable” consulting services for company engagements. Responsible for the delivery of a project/program implementation plan that articulates the role of Dell EMC in the delivery of the designed solution. Ensures implementation of project/program activities is coordinated with partner resources, if necessary. Manages the staff that are the primary interface to the customer, vendor and all personnel associated with the engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides technical and/or business consultative leadership for Program Management and Project Management functions on complex projects inc. coaching, counseling, and motivation to maximize employee performance and growth.
  • Drives (and where relevant supports) the recruiting and hiring of employees that can help grow and drive the business, based on global profiles.
  • Monitors cost effective and timely delivery of billable implementation services that drive Dell product and service revenues
  • Reviews and refines the implementation plans delivered in engagements
  • Responsible for the efective management of the life cycle Leverages Dell talent to deliver quality implementations in line with established Dell Standards
  • Manages the headcount for delivery of engagements and ensures the appropriate resource teams are assigning qualified resources to properly prioritized projects
  • Maintains a level of Project Management readiness, prepared to successfully support the delivery of an engagement, through ongoing employee training and development of strong partner relationships with mid level management
  • Proactively identifies and provides input into the development of Project Management policies, procedures, standards and strategies
  • Maintains awareness and involvement in existing or potential higher level customer escalation issues
  • Ensures compliance with the best practices, maintains and submits activity/progress reports and time recording/management reports as directed
  • Works closely with Client Solutions Managers, Practice Managers and Technical Solution Director to develop opportunities that deliver Dell solutions and provide continual revenue
  • Manages the cost of engagements against predetermined goals of backlog management
  • Builds and maintains relationships with Sales, Customer Service and Customers to influence and create issue resolution in order to facilitate viability of overall TSG program delivery

Essential Requirements

  • Arabic language capability
  • Typically 14+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Typically requires 7+ years diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization and people motivation skill (or equivalent experience)
  • Advanced ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup
  • Advanced product/technology/industry knowledge
  • Advanced ability to influence others to achieve results
  • Advanced strategic planning abilities
  • Advanced conflict resolution skills
