Role Summary:
Be a catalyst to improve the business agility and help the business to improve and align with the pace of the market. Create stable software development system which enhance the agility and quality of the deliverables. Coaching teams on consistent and effective execution of Agile Practices and influence them to build a culture of learning. Coach all the principle roles of Scrum: Functional managers, Product Owners, Teams and Scrum Masters.
Essential Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include:
• Understand the the project management related processes and support tools used in regulated industry
• Responsible for defining, deploying and managing project management related processes and support tools which can give and edge to GE business.
• Assess the current business process and create a vision for future change.
• Build and nurture internal learning communities to learn from within and across industries.
• Introduce and handhold the adoption and transformation of industrial best practices for quality delivery in process as well as technical areas (TDD, BDD, DevOps)
• Accelerate the transformation by working closely and in collaboration with functional leaders and other stake holders.
• Contribute towards building a learning culture in GE.
• Is involved in discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures and ways of working.
• Communicates across direct organization, presents to senior leaders (EB and SEB) in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.
• Follows frameworks to get through the processes.
Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Agile project).
2. Experience as Scrum master or Product Owner in an agile environment for >3 years
3. Experience as agile coach or change agent is an added advantage
4. Agile / DevOps / SAFe certifications is also appreciated.
