Role:

Payroll systems team is integrated with every part of the business and we operate in a constantly evolving and demanding environment.

Seeking payroll systems rock star to manage, develop and support global payroll systems. Highly motivated, result oriented individual with strong understanding of payroll and technical expertise

Responsibilities:

This role will build enhancements for payroll systems (UltiPro) for Americas and also work with global payroll providers in EMEA and APAC for process improvements and integrations.

Responsibilities include end to end review of payroll processing, customization and improvements for HRIS, Benefits, Stock, Time and Attendance, bonus and commission data and technology integrations.

Lead cross functional projects from payroll perspective, drive for automation and process improvements for various payroll functions.

Develop workflows, integrations utilizing API technology and customization for employee data, payroll processing, on-boarding and other related payroll tasks.

Develop data conversions for new rollouts, employee data, and global interfaces for various entities.

Analyze business needs for process improvements, automation, scalability and development of custom solutions.

Configure customized integrations, interfaces, daily/ weekly feeds and data audits.

Develop custom queries and reports using Business Intelligence, web query tools such as Cognos, Informatica, SSRS

Lead and prioritize projects to maximize payroll system efficiencies, automate manual processes and ensure data integrity, test system changes/ enhancements, analyze data flows.

Reduce compliance risk through data integrity validations, audits and integration processes, working closely with global Payroll teams, HR and Time and Attendance systems

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of equivalent experience (strong systems and payroll experience preferred).

Solid hands-on technical knowledge of payroll systems, Integration needs for Time and Attendance, HRIS, Benefits, GL, On-boarding and HCM systems and data structures.

Strong functional and business experience to understand end to end process and gaps.

Experience with payroll system configurations and customization such as ADP, UltiPro (a plus), Workday, Ceridian.

Extensive experience with data sources, data extraction, ETL, XML and flat files utilizing enterprise level tools such as Informatica, Cognos, SQL server, SSIS, SSRS, stored procedures

Hands-on experience with Integration platform; Java, Mule, Splunk, B2B integration
