Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience at a management consulting firm or investment bank, or equivalent project management experience for a technology firm.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Proficient with structuring strategic analysis using spreadsheet software.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in annual business planning, key organizational metrics, and other operationally strategic projects.
  • Ability to work closely with leaders to develop operational business reviews and team communications.

The Strategy and Operations team provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. You will also work in close partnership with gTech Strategy and Operations colleagues in other regions. You’re a data-driven, analytical problem solver who is able to address problems addressing multiple products and countries. This is a cross-functional role where you’ll be working with key partners to define and conduct analyses to measure operational and business performance. You will support a mix of strategic and operational projects. You will also support the development of plans and recommendations for global and functional projects.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and structure specific analyses to address complex, ambiguous business issues for gPS. Work with cross-functional stakeholders and leaders to gather relevant data and conduct business analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in annual business planning, key organizational metrics, and other operationally strategic projects. Work closely with leaders to develop operational business reviews and team all-hands communications.
  • Own regular cadence of reporting and analysis of operational performance by interfacing and coordinating with Central Strategy teams.
  • Provide analytical and execution support to global and regional projects and help prepare presentations for senior management. Support global business updates and quarterly reviews.
  • Identify analyses that would provide insights into the organization’s operations and products. Conduct analysis in collaboration with teams as a project member or lead.
