Job Description:
- Responsible to control, command and training senior SDE and SDE to do SSA/SPM audit at supplier plant for make sure that suppliers are met Dana’s requirement.
- Responsible to control, command and training senior SDE and SDE to do development new and existing supplier’s capability and capacity following as IATF 16949 and AIAG core tools APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA/CQI9,11,12,15,etc.for make sure that supplier are met customer and global requirement
- Responsible to drive new Part/Process Development for new and existing supplier through APQP Process
- Responsible to control, command and training senior SDE and SDE to monthly monitoring the supplier PPM and chronic quality issue and select the top worst suppliers to do improvement process (SIP) for make sure that suppliers are met SIP target and over all Incident/PPM/IPM are met AOP target.
- Development and review supplier development procedure to compliance with IATF 16949 and is a guideline for SD role.
Job Requirements:
Develop and control suppliers’ capability on technology and quality system and analyzing suppliers in the area of manufacturing process and material usage program.
