Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and vision to the Talent Acquisition team by developing innovative candidate sourcing strategies, branding initiatives, hiring plans and procedures
  • Manage, mentor, coach and develop the performance of the Talent Acquisition team by providing insights and recommendations on best practices that contribute to the overall achievement of our goals
  • Drive a culture within your team that inspires recruiters to strive to become business partners who influence stakeholders and drive outcomes
  • Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics to ensure alignment with business direction; use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
  • Perform sourcing to fill open positions, anticipate future needs and ensure successful recruiter performance against standard metrics and company objectives
  • Plan and facilitate the recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.) ensuring positive candidate experience
  • Create and suggest new and effective interviewing procedures and techniques

    Requirements:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition with at least 10 years talent acquisition and 5 years leadership experience
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
  • Understanding of multiple selection methods and techniques
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
  • Excellent communicator
  • Well-organized and attentive to detail
  • Can influence others and build strong relationships
  • A leader and strategic thinker
