ABOUT YOUR ROLE

As a key member of the Asia Pacific Talent Acquisition team, you will report to TA Manager South Asia and work with our business team leaders in South Asia to support professional level hiring in the region, primarily in India. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody looking to develop their career in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Manage entire recruitment life-cycle to ensure an efficient, positive and effective recruitment experience for all hiring managers, candidates and recruitment suppliers:

Partner with stakeholders at different levels and take a consultative approach to address their recruitment need and hire for future;

Via a variety of channels, create and maintain candidate pools and communities within the Applicant Tracking System to enable proactive searching for future or repeat vacancies;

Implement Employer Branding Initiatives and Operation Excellence Initiatives in South Asia;

Support Campus Hiring during campus seasons from demand planning to offer creation;

Managing relations with external suppliers, coordination of PSL, agency agreements and payment of recruitment invoices;

Providing support or co-lead with other team members on regional and global recruitment projects as necessary.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

Experience in candidate sourcing/management, research and market mapping in a regional HR/Recruitment environment

Superior communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external groups

Proficient user of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese or Mandarin.

High level of diplomacy and discretion

Good team working skills, plus a proven ability to work unsupervised using own initiative in a dynamic work environment
