About this role
- Develops, implements and monitors the induction process to ensure that all new employees become acquainted with organizational procedures pertaining to both employment agreements & their scope of work;
- Ensures that statutory training requirements are met;
- Supports line managers in identifying training and development needs within the organization through job analysis;
- In cooperation with the Human Resources Manager, develops the appropriate training program; ensures provision & training assessmentin accordance with the company’s Training Policy;
- Supports all Managers/Section Heads, to monitor and improve individual, team and department performance;

About you
- Minimum of 8 to 15 years of experience and should be well versed with Marine / Dredging industry;
- The successful applicant will be working with our Lead Training and Development Specialist and supporting in all training and developmental requirements.
