Job Summary:
 

As a Transportation Project Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your team and grow business in the local traffic/transportation market. Working with members of our local and regional team, you will have supporting resources and independence to grow your market.  As part of a large firm, you will have the opportunities to work on exciting and engaging large-scale infrastructure projects utilizing your transportation planning and roadway design expertise. Our business thrives on cross-functional client-focused teams to develop detailed deliverables and excellent client relationship skills to secure repeat opportunities. Qualifications

 

    • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related discipline is required; Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline preferred
    • Registration as a PE in Arizona (or the ability to obtain in 6 months) preferred
    • More than 8 years of progressive technical design background in at least one of the following areas: transportation and/or urban planning, highway drainage, highway design, traffic engineering, as well as familiarity with AASHTO standards is required
    • A minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience in project management 
    • Knowledge of and experience using CADD/Design Software (MicroStation and InRoads) is preferred.  Civil 3D is also a plus
    • Proven experience in developing and delivering high quality local agency or DOT client deliverables
    • Existing local agency or DOT client relationships is preferred
    • Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills is required
