UX Designer
DESCRIPTION
MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Analyze user interface problems and create on-brand design solutions that meet measurable business goals and requirements. Create user-centered designs by analyzing market trends, customer feedback, technical constraints and opportunities, synthesizing user feedback and usability findings in order successfully release design projects, including full-page redesigns and completely new features. Work closely with the Business Team to develop use cases and high-level requirements participate in all stages of our design process from conception through release. Create and utilize process flows and prototypes, sketching solutions, digital wireframes, white-boarding and visual design mockups to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors and conduct iterative planning and feedback before committing to methods. Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications. Provide designs that address web, mobile, tablet and ten foot user interface innovations. Partner with development teams to build experience. Provide appropriate design specifications, create assets and review finished interfaces.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Primary Requirements: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Visual Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or related and one year of experience in the job offered, or as a User Experience Designer, Interaction Designer, Information Architect, or a related occupation.
Alternate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Visual Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or related and five years of experience in the job offered, or as a User Experience Designer, Interaction Designer, Information Architect, or a related occupation.
