Her experience was carried out with a multitude of industries, businesses and services including; telecommunications, publishing, retail, educational and tourism. Ms. Abou El-Khair started as a Recoveries and Legal Affairs Representative at HSBC Bank where she got the practical experience in a multinational entity in the field of Banking. After that, Ms. Abou El-Khair had joined Vodafone Egypt where she participated in a project for massive human resource recruitment specialized in customer service. After 1 year, Ms. Abou El-Khair joined Brilliance Business School in the post of HRD specialist then made a shift to OD Specialist where she was responsible with her team for all the related issues of corporate training and development. For the next 2 years, Ms. Abou El-Khair worked as an HR employee in the field of training and developing people’s skills and competencies. She worked as a consultant with SOUQ.com in the project of evaluating and assessing the service providers who are bidding to provide their training and development services and after this project was done she gladly joined as an OD and training specialist at that time.
