• Identifying prospective clients in Infrastructure, MEP, Telecom, Oil & Gas segments requiring technical assistance and maintaining strong relations with major clients by ensuring customer satisfaction and delight
• Random interactions with potential clients, Consultants, Contractors, business partners, and cold calling prospects to develop strategic & customer-oriented relationships
• Effectively liaise with authorities, approval bodies and consultants for obtaining product approvals and listing procedures for Products
• Added major international suppliers to our product portfolio.
• Product approvals and business expansion in an aggressive manner.
• Instrumental in changing the specification of piping systems from metal to HDPE in major projects.
• Effective coordination with end-users, consultants, contractors, buyers for product technical & installation support approvals.
