I am looking for a long term position with a group that wants to grow and build upon their success. I enjoy change, love talking to people and finding solutions. In general I prefer a smaller type environment even within a large group, that can move with market and client needs, react to opportunities and allows me to find new ways to drive revenues, efficiencies and brand awareness. I believe people are the best investment so helping them succeed to me is paramount-support, training, clear expectations and communication-and I love new challenges and problems that I can work on to find best solutions. I have extensive experience in start ups and Global 500 companies. Expertise includes new hire/training and management of sales teams, territory development and online strategy. I build sales strategy and new hire training programs, CRM processes (reporting/database marketing/retention/correction), client training products, have run group auto Internet sales departments, developed and tested new consulting and client engagement programs rolled out nationally and my focus is on new client development, current client spends and retention.

My teams and I have been recognized as sales, industry and thought leaders, salesperson/team/manager of the year and I have spoken at conferences many times. I have experience in automotive, SaaS, Publishing, Advertising/Marketing, Environment and Legal/Exposure/Risk verticals. My varied background allows me to see a wider perspective, implement solutions to change direction quickly and find holes in a process to fine tune and create more efficiency and engagement-internally or externally.

I am also the Heat Miser... I do not lose because of problems, I build better relationships and can handle conflict, devise a best solution and maintain the integrity of the group, client and partnership. That comes from working in over 20 countries, with something going wrong all the time. It's not that something happens, it's how you handle it.

I have been off for awhile caring for family illnesses. It went a little longer than we anticipated, but I am 100% and ready to go. Titles: Western Sales Director, Sales Manager, Client Dev. Manager, Advertising/Marketing Director, etc. Titles are not important-who I work with and what I do is, for me.
