My current job is working as a team lead in OLAM international. OLAM is a leading agri-business company, operating from seed to shelf in 70 countries, supplying food and industrial raw materials to worldwide.MY responsibilities in OLAM are
• Handling accounts receivables entire Singapore origin with 13 members team (Cash App & Factoring – 8 and Collection -5)
• Using SAP as an application and applying funds against the invoices in AR module and doing cash application activity, clearing the receipts,
• Factoring activity (Pledging and settling) Invoice to increase the working capital of the company and reporting the same to top management,
• Reconciliation of cash contra between Oracle and SAP, Receipt vs Invoice advised by the operations, Bank recon balancing customer A/C vs Bank Bal
• Collection – Dispute management with customers, created collection tool by providing ideas to the automation team and created collection process (On-time and past-due) into Olam for the first time,
• Analysis – Customer behavior Patten, Visual Management, PPT presentation on Cycle time reporting of the team by eradicating errors and improving backup into the process
• Management aspect – Managing both Cash application, factoring and Collection team and provided complete support to enhance the team member to achieve the goals of the organization
• Ensuring On time deliverables with accurate result from my team by continues observation on the activity
