• Handles all large project bidding proposals, cost proposals, technical presentations.
• Prepares assessments in actual site conditions.
• Attends to all meetings to deal with clients.
• Prepares method statements for all technical activities.
• Prepares project quality manual which serves as reference for company quality applications.
• Does subcontractors’ billing evaluations and project accomplishment identification as per actual site conditions.
• Prepares mathematical project technical figures.
• Prepares project designs and meets with actual site conditions.
• Designs calculations and analysis.
• Manages subcontractors concerns.
• MEPF Designs
• Handle Quality Control and Assurance Issues
• Prepare all method statements for projects
• Handle Technicians for all technical activities in the site and other assigned projects
• Prepare monitoring system and report to your superior

- JOB DESCRIPTION

• Works with the operations and maintenance team in identifying issues – HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, food safety, energy management, walkalator and travelators, building envelope, structural, and asset degradation – which can be worked into producing a business case; works with the operations and maintenance team in prioritizing the technical assessments needed; site survey and data gathering information in relation to the issues identified; analyzes issues, prepares solutions, options, and action plans involving conceptual design work; coordinates and works with the Logistics and Design/Estimation Team in preparing budgetary costing for the options and action plans; prepares power point presentation of the reports to be presented to the client; technical assessment report compilation and formal submission; identifies business opportunities with clients with regards to building facilities and produce a written report which can be used by the client for investment appropriation requests; helps in planning a three year plan for facility upgrading; provides engineering support to the operations team in terms of design, operations, and maintenance aspects. Method Statement, Quality Process Book, Flow Chard preparation. Design, Estimate and Calculate. Deal with Client, Subcontractors and pre - bidding for subcontractors, Actual Presentation for clients in the Meeting, Attendances to management meetings.
• Building Management System (BMS) used
• Process flow chart prepared for CMMS/ Customer Help Desk to access with all cases immediately
• ASHREA and AHRI Requirements and Forms Followed During Inspections and in Technical Assessments
• Schedule / Plan the Technician Activities, Tools, and other needs.
• Assist Project Team for 3 years CAPEX Plan Preparation
• Identify and Analyze Technical Problems in the Facility or Project
