In my earlier tenor - I was responsible for the overall gamut of HR and Rewards. Am well versed in HR functions such as - Manpower Planning, Recruitments, Trainings, Performance Management Systems, Compensation & Benefits Mangt. In addition, am well versed in HR ERP - Oracle HRMS and SAP HR as well. I was fortunate to design and implement the Competency framework (behavioural & functional framework). Employee engagement & wellness programs are areas which helped me specialize in Advanced HR.

• Managed organization-wide development of job descriptions and job evaluations
• Implementing new performance management program improving program
Participation by 42%.
• Work closely with various BU heads and Line Managers to design of incentive schemes suitable for their Business Units to motivate and enhance performance of employees. Review and monitor payments of incentives to ensure compliance with the approved scheme.
• Provided recommendations for individuals and companywide programs (modelling through implementation).
• Design and implement projects (HRMS, SSRH, Manpower planning (hyperion) - oracle
• Provided analysis and reporting for Board of Directors and Compensation Committee Meetings.
• Consulted on regular compensation processes; annual bonus, salary increases, surveys
