I pride myself on being a results oriented Mechanical Engineer with progressive Technical and Managerial experience skills. Highly focused with a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of various industries and sectors. Therefore, I am eager to enter in a new working environment. I would like the opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of a well-known company and to earn advancement through on-the-job performance.
The reasons why I consider leaving my current job is simply because there is no growth opportunities presently, it feels as if I am stagnating. I have non-challenging responsibilities and would like to get involved in training others, as I truly believe that I can make a difference.

Duties / Responsibilities:
Manage the coordination and overall integration of technical activities in Eng Department.
Direct, review, or propose project design changes.
Confer with Head of Department/Engineering to discuss project specifications or procedures.
Present and explain proposals, reports, or findings to the Head of Department/Engineering.
Consult or propose with the Head of Department/Eng. to prepare project specifications.
Assess project feasibility by analyzing technology, and resource needs.
Direct recruitment, placement, and evaluation of Engineering project staff.
Review, recommend, or propose contracts or cost estimates.
Develop or implement policies, standards, or procedures for Engineering and Technical work.
Establish scientific or technical goals within broad outlines provided by Head of Depart
Evaluate environmental regulations or social pressures related to environmental issues
Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, or repair to ensure that machines or equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.
Evaluate Mechanical designs or prototypes for energy performance or environmental impact.
Apply engineering principles or practices to emerging fields, such as waste management
Write performance requirements for engineering projects.
Perform personnel functions, such as supervision of Engineering workers, technicians,artisans
Establish or coordinate the maintenance or safety procedures or service schedule
Interpret engineering sketches, specifications, or drawings.
Design specialized or customized equipment, machines, or structures.
Provide technical support to other employees regarding mechanical design and fabrication
Conduct failure analyses, document results, and recommend corrective actions.
Assemble or disassemble complex mechanical systems
Prepare cost and materials estimates or project schedules.
Prepare layouts of machinery, tools, plants, or equipment.
