Project Manager Qualified (PMQ) from Chartered Association for Project Management (APM), with Master Degree in Sanitary Engineering / Water & Wastewater, and 25 years experience out of which +15 years as Project Manager representing clients, contractors and consultants in both construction (Design & Build) and O&M projects of water & waste water utilities, like WWTP’s/STP’s/ETP’s, steel & concrete reservoirs, pumping stations, sewerage systems and water transmission pipelines.
I have successfully completed all projects assigned to me, working with national and international firms in Jordan, UAE and Saudi Arabia.
My accumulated experience enables me to be extensively aware of contractual and project management issues, like, design criteria, project manager competencies, technical and managerial issues, tendering, bid documents review & evaluation, FIDIC, assets survey & assessment, international standards, procurement, planning, working to KPI, negotiations, QC/QA, technical reporting, financial reporting and payment certificates, work progress evaluation, EHS issues and environmental impact, testing & commissioning and handing over.
