Key Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and Group CFO
• Set up the accounting, Procurement and Billing policies and Procedures for the hospital.
• Responsible for annual budget, financial/strategic planning, capital budget allocations and project finance control.
• Development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budget, accounting, and/or payroll.
• Responsible for expenses management, locum staffing, outsourced agencies.
• Reconciliation process with contractors, consultants & all appointed vendors with the proper schedule and planning for the supply, installation & testing and commissioning.
• Conducted feasibility studies for various aspects accounts receivable, AdHoc assignments, revenue distribution, due diligence work, depreciation, cost controlling methods, property and other financial matters in connection with existing and forecast.
• Analysis of hospital performance, prioritizing growth opportunities, preparing business model, conducting variance analysis, tracking KPI’s, cost effective matters and implementing corrective actions.
• Responsible for Internal and external auditing for ensuring compliance with finance and accounting process.
• Participate in the Implementation for the Hospital Information Management System (HIMS) for the best suitable for the industry. Commissioning stage for various departments like Imaging & Radiology, Modular OT, CSSD, Medical Gases, Nurse Call System & Bed Head Units to facilitate the Financial & Technical Analysis Reports to the management for confirming the best deal.
• Asset Management System process and streamline the base with the biomedical team.
• Planning for various scopes to finalized in terms of procurement of medical and non-medical equipment.
• Assist in Medical Equipment planning schedule with PM and propose the budgetary forecast for the management to arrange the minimum investment or funding.
