I am currently seeking a position of MEP Quantity Surveyor having Transferable Visa with NOC as it perfectly matches
with my educational qualifications and 6 year’s working experiences.
I have Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering at Sri Lanka Institute of Advanced Technological Education
(SLIATE) under the Ministry of Higher Education, Sri Lanka. And I have completed certificate level in MEP Qs &
Drafting, PRIMAVERA Project Management and Auto CAD. I’m currently working as a MEP Quantity Surveyor at
SHARAKA HOLDINGS, Doha, Qatar for 2 years.
Furthermore, I worked at Unique Design Company for Trading and Electromechanical Works, Doha, Qatar for 1 year
and Sino Lanka Thao Li Construction for 3 years.
While working for these firms I was made responsible for preparing quantity take-off for budget preparation, monitoring
activities as per budget, preliminary estimation, preparation of Bills of Quantities, preparation of monthly invoice of subcontract,
valuing variation, preparation of interim valuation and preparation of final statement also preparing BOQs and
Compilation of tender documents for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing works.
