• Provided inputs to the ITAM Process Maturity Checklist, from which Audit Center of Excellence (ACE) ITAM.
• Aligned account-specific work instruction details (Level 4) to EDGE, Level 3 work instructions.

• Contributed to priority projects with complex analyses and assisted in developing recommendations.
