Presently I am part of Yash Technologies wherein I play multiple roles depending on the requirements i.e. Project Manager, Transition Manager, Delivery Manager. In three years of my experience with Yash Technologies I have successfully completed Various projects few of them being Transition of IT Service Desk from Onshore to Offshore, EOL Server Migration Project (2500. Approx.) additionally I have worked as Delivery Manager for O365 Support engagement for Caterpillar. Currently working as Service Delivery Manager for IT Service desk, NOC & RPA Admin. Also working on Cloud Setup and Migration program for a leading security solutions company.
