A positive person who loves to learn new things and getting out of his comfort zone. I believe that a person who is flexible, open minded and eager to learn is far better than a person who is determined to keep doing the old way.

I have been fascinated with human resources since my high school days, which is something l decided to persue as a career. Being a work related learner has developed in me enthusiasm and true passion for human resources and has subsequently convinced that human resource management is my true calling.

As an accomplished, proactive and impartial Human Resources Graduate with extensive determination and strong academic background, l am seeking an opportunity for more exprience, personal and proffessional development as an HR Graduate Trainee, Assistant or Any related job. l've become equipped with the necessary knowledge that come with position including directing organizational planning, workforce planning, recruitment / retention, and performance management. I have assisted comprehensive HR responsibilities including talent selection practices and employee relations. l am also Board member at Zimbabwe Council for Higher Education, I've been learning and successfully advising the council on Staff and Students matters in higher learning institutions in Zimbabwe.

My active involvement in many academic and extracurricular activities has done so well in developing my communication and as a former Students Representative Council President of Great Zimbabwe University developed my leadership skills, which are vital in finding success in the corporate world.
