I always say I've already retired once, now I'm back in the work force. I was fortunate enough to pack my bags a year after college and travel around the world and then make the mountains of the west my home for the following 7 years. I was able to ski, fish, work hard and play hard when I was there. It all was truly a learning experience. I met many different types of people, was put into many new situations, and created memories for a lifetime. It helped position me for the many job opportunities I have had over the years. I've worked hard in every position I've had and my references and job responsibilities can vouch for my efforts. I was unfortunately on the end of a company reduction in force this past January which forced my hand to something new. I obtained my Real Estate license in my down time so I can provide a referral service for anyone looking to buy, sell or invest. I look forward to being able to match my customers to an agent they can trust. While I'm working referrals on nights and weekends, I'm looking to bring my experiences back to the forefront and provide a product or service that will make a difference for as many people as possible. All the while, making new friends and having a blast!

My true passion is in the outdoors. Supporting a major brand or company that works in that space would be ideal.

I'm seeking to leverage my analytical, tactical approach to on time project completion accompanied with detailed, organized plans for product development. To be a part of an innovative and energetic team who works and plays hard.

I can critique a UX design to enhance the software experience, to asking probing questions to the mechanic engineers on hardware design. Through coordination of tasks and teams, I am able to identify a market need with sales and marketing, participate in conceptualizing and designing the product through ideation sessions. Assist in building the product roadmap with product marketing. Working with product owners, project managers, engineers, manufacturing, and developers in developing a minimum viable product (MVP) and first articles, releasing the MVP and first articles to users through customer support and operations. Iterating based on user feedback and then product launch.

I build lasting relationships based on trust, respect, through negotiations and leadership. With these relationships I can address and solve problems quickly and manage conflict. I enjoy helping others get past tough roadblocks both personally and professionally. I thrive at being able to visualize the results of hard work and the excitement of success.

• Works directly with Management to obtain resources for the product (software and hardware) • Aligns product delivery schedule, maintaining and adjusting schedule as needed during the project delivery lifecycle • Works directly with Operations team members to determine scope and timeline of project needs • Establishes regular sprint planning meetings with Product Owners to maintain schedule pace and to provide timely project updates and communications to the company • Provides upward communication within company to supply project status • Responsible for the identification of new product opportunities, product improvements, and product cost reductions • Help define product strategies and roadmaps
