• Designed LLD and HLD network diagram using Microsoft Visio
• Collaborating with vendors to resolve problems and update equipment
• Managed and support critical links like MPLS and ADSL
• Extensive experience with Cisco 1900 and 2900 series routers
• Extensive experience with Cisco Catalyst 3650, 385024XS, 4500E, 6509, SF & SG family switches
• Extensive experience with Motorola RFS controller 7000 and 6000
• Coordination with OEM TAC support
• Implemented free WIFI to customers in stores
• Implemented MPOS for stores (Home centre & Centre point) on wireless
