Welcome to the candidates page on #ProjectHelpYouGrow.

We have 5,000 individuals who have set up an account on the website.  Most are job seekers looking for their next opportunity to find a work home.  Some of the people here are professionals looking to help job seekers, such as coaches, recruiters, HR Professionals, Authors and other job market industry professionals.  The third group of folks are simply friends of the movement.

If you’re looking for a candidate to fill a job opening, you are in the right place.  There are six smart filters above that you can use individually or in concert to reduce the overall number of candidates to match your search criteria.  You can search by location, occupation, language, job seeker status, biography and where the candidates would like to work.

There is absolutely no fee of any kind for searching, connecting or hiring any of the candidates.  The goal of #ProjectHelpYouGrow is to help job seekers connect to recruiters and employers who have job openings that they need to staff.  Inside the candidate profiles you’ll find the majority have loaded their CV or Resume as well as given a glimpse into what they want to do, their experience and links to other social media profiles, such as LinkedIn and Twitter.  Some have even produced and included introduction videos, to help give you an idea of their personality and professionalism.

If you have any issues with the filters, or by chance you need some additional help in finding a purple squirrel type candidate to fit an uncommon role, please don’t hesitate to contact me. If you want to discuss ways I can potentially make the site better, I’d be happy to hear from you as well.  #ProjectHelpYouGrow is not for profit, it is a philanthropy.  I am always looking for ways to improve the website and services I offer, to meet the needs of the job search market.  My email is info@projecthelpyougrow.com

I would also love to hear from you on how your search goes.  Were you able to find the candidate you needed here?  Did you end up hiring a job seeker that you met on my website?  Did you place a job on the job board or did you simply search through the existing candidates?  There are so many variables, but the more data I get, the more I can use the information to make enhancements and improve the overall process.

Candidates if you are reading this, please make sure that you have completed your profile.  I have a video at the top of the page, on the right hand side that walks you through the different fields, how to fill them in and I show you examples of why it is important to complete with as much relevant information as possible.  Less is not more here.  More is better so don’t be shy.  Many people use different words or terms to search, and only matches will include you in the search results.  For example, don’t say “Anywhere” for where you want to work.  I urge you to include city, state, country and vertical markets in that field.  In your bio, make sure you include your industry key words.  For example if you’re a software developer and you work with JAVA, make sure you include JAVA in the bio section.  This will help you get discovered and increase your odds of landing a job faster.  I am here to help you if you have any questions or even if you’d like me to review your profile.  Send me an email and let’s work together to make your profile awesome.
