The HBS Global Airport Marketing Offering Manager will be a member of the Honeywell Building Solutions Offering management and Marketing organization as well as part of the airports organization, leading the marketing function of services across the Airport line of business of HBS. You will have teams reporting to you on airport projects offering, airport service offering, airport new product introduction and airport partnership and will work closely with strategic marketing and technical teams to deliver innovative and industry leading product and services solutions to HBS airport customers. This role will drive all aspects of growing the airport business to ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience in line with the strategic planning and vision by using tools, technology and connected solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver an end-to-end total business support strategy for Airport offering portfolio across customer lifecycle and implement the strategy through product and support processes
  • Drive Airport business governance strategy with all respective stakeholders and lead Executive Product Approval Council
  • Own primary responsibility for the New Product Introduction (NPI) process for airport business and Lead Agile Product Development (Z21 NPI framework).
  • Support and provide marketing guidance to Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Investment Prioritization Program (IPP).
  • Drive continual Observational / Voice of the Customer (OVOC / VOC) activities to validate Airport market and segmentation understanding, anticipate and test customer needs
  • Establish overall marketing strategy including brand development, core messaging, value propositions, and market positioning
  • Create and execute innovative strategies and marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement and product/service adoption
  • Lead overall commercial excellence – value propositions, segmentation, sales tool kits, pipeline development activities, customer events, channel and corporate account development planning
  • Create and own customer management of change process to deliver airport maintenance, upgrade and migration services for HBS offerings and work with all supporting organizations to provide support within those processes
  • Conduct market research and assess market opportunities and competitive threat to determine the best business course of action

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree is a plus
  • Proven experience within a Senior Product /Offering Marketing role ideally within the Air side / Airports / Aerospace or Automotive industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership role for a medium to large support organization
