Automation Specialist

The Team:

Market Data Robotics develops and delivers Robotics Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Blue Prism and Python with a view to provide human less, accurate and round the clock data processing and ingestion of Market Data.

The Impact:

RPA solutions help improve business’ timeliness, comprehensiveness and accuracy Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) around Market Data that is used by our customers such as Portfolio Manager, Investment Managers etc. In addition to development of RPA solutions, this role may require working with scrum and content initiatives teams for enterprise level projects.

Skills Required:

• Experience with RPA technologies like Blue Prism
• Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and System(s) Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes
• Should be able to priorities and manage multiple assignments
• Basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma process methodologies

Responsibilities:

• To design, develop and deploy automation solutions for internal teams using Python scripts, R and Blue Prism
• To work on tactical automation projects within the data set using RPA and other low/no code technologies
• To consult on how to scale and spread RPA innovative platforms within data set and among automation community
• To be involved in full life-cycle RPA solutions, from requirements gathering to design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of end to end solutions
• To participates in identifying automation opportunities in the data set
• To fully understand the current process and critically evaluate current practices
• To work closely with our customer to drive value from our innovative solutions
• To ensure people working on the RPA project are in sync and stakeholders are involved/engaged
• To analyze customer requirements and develop proposals of technical solutions
• To conduct on-site training of internal clients/customers on RPA solution developed

Basic Qualifications:

• Computer Science/Engineering graduate
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience with hands-on knowledge on developing scalable machine learning and natural language processing models
• Working knowledge of Finance is preferred
• Knowledge of Python, SQL and Blue Prism is must
• Basic understanding of relational database management systems (RDMS)
