ABOUT YOUR ROLE

You will lead the commercial finance function to ensure alignment of Business Goals for the South Asia Pacific region. You also partner with the Regional Commercial leads, Marketing teams, and regional teams to ensure goals and objectives are met and support the overall strategic, budget plan and forecasting processes.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

•  Responsible for commercial report preparation and submit to SAP/global, e.g. key customer, segmentation report, top line performance etc.
•  Support commercial finance manager on delivering commercial related planning & analysis activities (e.g. rolling forecast, strategic plan, and annual plan for all countries within South Asia Pacific.
• Provide accurate and timely commercial (price, volume, mix, and margin) information for month, quarter and year end close to local and regional Commercial / Marketing teams.
• Support monthly/quarterly commercial review PPT deck.
• Business partnering to marketing core team, and key account team. Able to present overall financial result & business outcome.
• Partner with commercial & marketing team to deliver actionable business analysis & insight.
• Support Cognos Business Intelligence system with regard to all commercial report improvement and BI project.
• Continuous improvement on report optimization and simplification, able to deliver independently on key commercial finance project.
• Support manager on team’s OGSM and key deliverables, assist driving fact based decisions through defining the right measures

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Economics, Finance and Accounting, or equivalent (CMA or equivalent a plus), knowledge of US GAAP, Accounting Principles.
•  3 – 5 years of experience in a medium to large size manufacturing company
• Experience in FP&A, budgeting and Forecasting is a must.
• Experience in Business Partnering, preferably in Commercial Finance.
• Excellent knowledge of Google Drive, Sheets, Slides, MS Office Excel, PowerPoint, incl. Macros.
• Experience and knowledge of financial systems, Hyperion and Cognos is preferred.
• Strong organizational and operational skills, able to plan effectively and solving problems.
• Strong analytical skills and drive for results.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts in a straightforward manner. Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and employees.
• Ability to cope with high pressure assignments and used to meeting strict deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy.
