We are looking for a talented Digital Learning Specialist to join our Global CS Learning & Development (L&D) team in Los Gatos, California. This role will support curriculum development and create engaging and effective learning experiences across all our outsourced call centers worldwide.
Our Global CS L&D team provides leadership, customer service, and tools training that has a direct impact on our agents, our customers, and the business. This role reports to the Global Manager, Learning & Development and will have the opportunity to develop the most impactful learning experiences for the best call center agents and leaders in the industry.
An ideal candidate is one who is up to date with the latest training tools and digital technology and can think beyond traditional SCORM based eLearnings to make learning engaging, fun and interactive. In addition, this role requires extensive experience with configuring and launching LMS platforms.
Responsibilities
Digital Learning Strategy, Tools and Technology
Develop and implement a digital L&D strategy, based on blended learning principles and identify areas of the curriculum best served by great tools and technology.
Specialize in researching and introducing new digital learning features, methodologies and tools. Apart from creating eLearnings, being able to transform textual learning content to byte sized learning methodologies via a variety of learning delivery formats including interactive videos, quiz creators, animations, gamification methods etc.
LMS Implementation
Having extensive knowledge of LMS and LXP platforms and researching the most impactful learning features. Experience with launching and implementing digital learning platforms globally, including managing the administration, maintenance and post roll out development.
Program Management
Define, document, and maintain the scope of all L&D projects that involve digital learning methods. Create, track, and maintain project plans. Develop a trusting partnership and working closely with internal stakeholders like our technology teams and external stakeholders like LMS providers for successful digital learning implementations.
Learning Reporting
Experience working with reporting platforms like Tableau and overall measurement of success of our training programs.

What You Should Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in instructional design or a related degree, Master’s Degree a plus.
  • 5+ years experience with scoping, developing and implementing digital learning solutions, including but not limited to eLearnings, interactive videos, multimedia, quiz creators, animations, gamification methods etc.
  • Coding skills in HTML 5, CSS, and JavaScript and familiarity with video editing and screen recording.
  • Extensive experience with implementing and administration of Learning Management Systems and platforms globally is a must.
  • Experience working with  Captivate as an authoring tool and reporting platforms like Tableau is highly preferred.
  • Project management experience, ability to collaborate with a team and stakeholders, communicate effectively, and paying attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented, data-driven environment.
  • High level of independence and ability to work and manage own time effectively.
  • Experience working in a cross-cultural international environment is a plus.
  • Experience in content/ knowledge management is a plus.
  • Experience designing digital training curriculum for service, retail, or call centers a plus.
