Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Finance) or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in product management, management consulting, or equivalent project management experience in technology.
  • Experience influencing Product Management/Engineering teams, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in product management and/or in management consulting.
  • Experience manipulating data sets using SQL.
  • Conceptual understanding of data pipelines/stores, business systems, and tools.
  • Passion for analyzing data and converting it into insights to drive decisions.
  • Ability to define problems and identify potential solutions.
  • Effective problem-solving, analytical, and written and verbal communication skills.

As the Global Product Lead, you’ll support the Geo Enterprise business by delivering tools, systems, and business intelligence through technology and operational excellence. You will do this by partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Business Intelligence, and Infrastructure teams and by delivering excellent products/solutions. In this role, you’ll focus on aligning the teams top priorities with effective day-to-day operations and in helping evolve early stage ideas into future feature/solution initiatives. Additionally, you’ll contribute experience in Sales or Marketing, which will helps you succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Garner impactful product insights through your deep knowledge of the user, workflows, sales, and marketing processes, and the strategic initiatives of the business.
  • Identify gaps in current tools and infrastructure, prioritizing and crafting business cases to validate the importance of new feature requests.
  • Articulate Business requirements to our Product Management, Business Intelligence, and Engineering teams and influence the quarterly/annual Roadmap to address them.
  • Articulate a vision for the team, where we need to improve now, and where we want to go to drive an overall roadmap.
  • Develop a launch plan, identifying risks and updating stakeholders along the way. Manage new product/feature launches including communications, training, and assisting with product readiness testing on as as-needed basis.
