HR Analytics Specialist

Role Purpose

Fujitsu are recruiting for a full time HR Analytics/MI Specialist for a permanent role within the EMEIA HR Service Delivery organisation. There is an existing team of 6 within MI & Reporting area that this role will join. The current team are based in the UK and Germany.

 

Your main responsibilities will involve:

 

• Design, build, test and deliver suitable HR MI outputs, to meet business requirements, often to a minimal specification and through working with internal customers

• Supporting key HR projects (such as Pay Planning) by providing meaningful HR MI

• Data gathering, consolidation and manipulation to overcome issues with current HR data from multiple systems

• Data quality – comparing data, using look-ups and master files to identify data quality issues and actions to resolve

 

Essential Skills:

• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Oracle Reporting/Other BI Tools
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Knowledge of data analysis
• High level of numeracy with attention to detail

 

Desirable Skills:


• Knowledge of HR processes
• Basic understanding of statistics (theory as well as practical application)
• Basic understanding of SQL programming
