Description

Across the Business Planning and Analytics function, we have several opportunities available in and around Retail, Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations. Depending on your skill set, we will match your experience with one of the positions below:
• Business Analytics;
• Strategic Marketing Analytics;
• Retail Business Planning;
• Digital Retail Planning.


Depending on the position you are linked to, the tasks and responsibilities may include:
• Work on projects in the area of advanced forecasting techniques (statistics, correlations, analysis, analytics);
• Support in process and reporting (forecast accuracy and other reports);
• Help to increase the data accuracy for planning and reporting purposes and improve processes and tooling;
• Incorporate digital KPIs and demand sensing into planning and forecasting;
• Support with reporting, data validation and preparation for meetings;
• Research coverage on metrics, benchmarking and KPIs;
• Initiate, lead and execute own projects;
• Process, map and identify potential improvements on data processing;
• Connect to and collaborate with different teams, such as Marketing, Sales, or Finance;
• Improve hard skills and knowledge on various professional analytics, reporting, planning and communication tools, for example, Alteryx, Tableau, R, SAP, advanced Excel, Cognos, SQL, etc.

Qualifications
• 3rd/4th year Bachelor or Master Degree student within Business Administration, Business Analytics, Operation Management, Marketing Analytics, or other related fields;
• Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Advanced Excel and technical skills and strong attention to detail;
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational awareness skills;
• High energy level, strong analytical skills and information seeking attitude;
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Academic, volunteering or previous internship experiences related to Analytics, Project Management and Strategic Planning are a plus (please include in your CV);
• A global mindset and ideally a passion for sport.

IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP, YOU MUST:

• Be a student for the whole duration of the internship (enrolled in a university/higher education institution);
• Have an EU passport or an EU work permit.

START DATE:
August or September 1st, 2019

DURATION:

6 or 12 months (12 months availability strongly preferred)

This internship is open to students outside of the Netherlands.
