Position Specific Description
This position will participate within an Agile team as member of the dynamic Digital Transformation Team. Candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills along with high proficiency in PowerPoint. Must also have strong facilitation and diplomatic skills, including the ability to read organizations and overcome impediments.
Some of the responsibilities of this Business Analyst position will include:
- Coordinating project activities across multiple business units, while developing/managing solutions utilizing Scrum methodology
- Reporting project performance for Management reviews across multiple business units
- Knowledge of cloud-based technology is preferred

• Devises or modifies procedures to solve straight-forward problems
• May act as project leader for smaller projects
• Builds strong working understanding of the solution being delivered
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
