Role Summary:As a Java Software Developer, you will be involved in software development and also will handle operations and critical projects in Industrial Equipment Area. You will act as the bridge between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software product’s features.

Essential Responsibilities:• Support the Services and Projects business to gather the project requirement and responsible to transform them in technical design.• Work closely to Business and Customers to gather their needs with the responsibility of the Product lifecycle management (PLM): from the requirements to the technical users stories definition, technical approach and data gathering, up to the consumption of data through Cloud Applications. • Perform quality assurance • Translate business requirements/user stories into Solution/Design • Responsible for managing work deliverables, risk, and dependencies of the solutions across a standard systems development, using appropriate approaches including agile and water-fall strategies.• Develop operational rhythms throughout all steering committees, functional teams, and operations teams for reporting progress, risks, and critical action items• Responsible for defining and executing programs and tracking and monitoring key metrics to ensure milestones are met on time and on budget. Proactively identifies and resolves issues• Promotes the enterprise architecture process, outcomes and results • Help design, document and maintain system processes • Identify tools and process to increase the developer’s productivity• Participates in architecture implementation and modification activities, assuring that development teams respect the design principles and guidelines.• Deliver tasks on-time with alignment to architectural goal.• Collaborates with product owners, security advisors and compliance leader to understand not-functional requirements and translate them in Architectural design.• Proactive in communication – Team Collaboration, Status Reporting, Issue Resolutions• Analyze and synthesize data and convert into information needed for projects • Creating excel simulation / models for data

Qualifications/Requirements:• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)• Experience of working in Agile Methodology• Frameworks Spring Boot ; Web services RESTful Micro Services • Predix 2.0 Platform, Java 8, GO LANG• Write, speak and understand English fluently• Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
