NOC Lead
DESCRIPTION
Connectivity Solutions Group (CSG) based in Mumbai is looking for experienced NOC Experts for deploying/commissioning/Maintaining NOC set up for Data Networks for Amazon. You will be using network monitoring and testing tools to provide best in class service quality of network. You will use your experience in the domain to provide feedback towards improving internal processes and systems for large scale network management. You will support the day-to-day operations of the network infrastructure and drive the stability and sustainability of our next gen network as it grows. We are looking for an experienced, self- motivated, detail oriented NOC Expertise who has Demonstrated ability to deliver results in for a growing next-gen data network.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure/Telecom Management,
· Strong Knowledge in Trouble Shooting at NOC Set up.
· End to End Configuration Management Skill set to set up a NOC and up running.
· Network monitoring performance of Wired and Wireless Equipment’s.
· Alarm configurations to bring up the setup and to monitor the running equipment’s with SLA/MTTR/NWA/KPIs.
· Handling Trouble Shooting scenarios of various Equipment’s of IP/Wireline/Wireless Related with RCA.· Hands On experience in WLAN/Wireless/Wireline Routers.
· Acknowledges tickets, creates logs, categorizes, prioritizes, tracks,
and routes incidents reported by users or alarms raised by monitoring
tools to the concerned team to ensure resolution & closure of Fault tickets with in SLA.
· Automation and ticket escalation to field team for closure with SLA.
· Must be flexible to work day and night shifts to cover for scheduled and unscheduled absence for 24X7 setup.
· Manage staff work schedules.
· Develop standard operating procedures.
· Create and maintain training material for NOC Technicians.
· Maintain network documentation.
· Manage multiple concurrent interdisciplinary projects and ability to work on a team.
· Proactive readiness based on Network Health/Capacity/Constrains/Critical escalations on Required time with Management.
· Experience in 24X7X365 Operations and shifts management. Experience in co- coordinating the multisite NOC operations. Prefer those who have built a strong career in remote network infrastructure management starting from the L1 NOC engineer role
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
-Strong People Management Skills/Would have managed large team in Telecom NOC Setup.
-Expertise with Good Knowledge in WLAN/CCNA/CCIE/CWNP/Wireless/Wireline/IP/routing Technologies.
-Preferred those who have built a strong career in remote network infrastructure management starting from L1 NOC engineer role.
