To strengthen our EMEA Procurement team we are looking to hire a buyer to support our Graphics division.

You will act as the main point of contact between the Graphics functional teams and Procurement in order to develop and execute the strategic direction of the spend portfolio for the entire Graphics business unit. You will directly manage both Liners and Face materials, as well as act as a liaison on chemicals, effectively covering all aspects of procurement around Graphics’ full product construction.

Main Responsibilities:

• Work in partnership with the Graphics Marketing organization to translate market needs into multi-year roadmaps that deliver innovation, differentiation, and competitive advantage.
• Work closely with the Global and European Procurement teams to develop and implement supplier strategies that support our multi-year roadmaps while at the same time maintaining and enhancing (strategic) supplier relationships.
• Continuously scan and scout both the market and our existing supply base in order to facilitate supplier driven innovation – bringing outside intelligence to our front-end organization.
• Partner with R&D to uncover and execute cost out opportunities while also maintaining a healthy pipeline of new materials and supplier capabilities.
• Work together with Supply Chain & Operations in order to guarantee raw materials availability and quality, while at the same time exploring opportunities to increase service value through reducing MOQs, lead times, and business continuity risks.

• Excellent Presentation and project management skills
• 2 – 4 years of experience and demonstrated success in a similar position
• Industry knowledge and an associated extensive network is preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business Administration, etc) or equivalent experience
• Fluency in English
• Proficient in Gsuite (Google Docs, Google Sheets etc.), as well as MS Excel
